Shipping & Returns
ORDER
An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been accepted by Bloomy Asia Limited. Bloomy Asia Limited reserves the right to refuse any order if the Customer has an existing dispute with Bloomy Asia Limited or if Bloomy Asia Limited considers that the Customer poses a risk of payment default.
In such cases, Bloomy Asia Limited reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer, if deemed necessary, such as proof of identity or address. If the Customer fails to respond within 5 days of placing the order, both the order and the payment will be canceled.
Bloomy Asia Limited undertakes to fulfill received orders only within the limits of available stock.
SHIPPING
Shipping within mainland France, overseas territories (DOM/TOM), or internationally:

Free standard shipping for all orders over or equal to €120.

Standard shipping (Colissimo delivered to mailbox without signature):
€10 shipping fee payable at the time of order, with a delivery time of 7 to 10 business days.
RETURNS
Return Policy
In accordance with European distance selling regulations, you have a 14-day period from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any justification.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective products or an error on our part.

After confirmation from us, we will provide the exact return address for the product.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will proceed with a refund or exchange within 14 days (subject to availability) from the date of cancellation.
If a promotional gift was included with your order based on certain conditions, it must also be returned if the order no longer meets those conditions.
