As we close the 2024 Olympic Games, let's celebrate Entrepreneur Moms!

Updated: Jan 9

As a mom entrepreneur, I’m inspired by the strength and courage of the Olympic champions from the Paris 2024 Games. 🏅💪

Clarisse Agbégnénou shared that she feels stronger after motherhood, winning a bronze medal just two years after giving birth in 2022.

And Yaylagul Ramazanova made history by competing in the games...while pregnant!

We’ve seen incredible athletes and women embodying unbreakable strength and resilience. I hope that by shedding light on what women are capable of—whether pregnant or after childbirth—will spark change in the professional world too!

Today, I want to honor **all mom entrepreneurs** who, like these champions, skillfully juggle the roles of mom and entrepreneur 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 🚀. Their days are a true feat of multitasking: organizing, thinking and rethinking, taking action, juggling and managing with unparalleled creativity and efficiency.

As a mom of three and an entrepreneur myself, it’s a daily challenge, but it’s also a unique opportunity to show that we, as women, can excel in multiple areas at once.

My days feel like a military-style schedule: up at 6 a.m., kids on the bus by 7, then I head out to run, walk, or do Pilates! After a good breakfast, I’m finally ready to dive into my “professional” day—emails, calls, meetings, prospecting... I try to get as much done as possible before the kids come home, and then mom life resumes. I realize just how trained our brains are to switch from one life to another, although the boundary is often thin.

To balance my two worlds as healthily as possible:

- I practice Pilates and running

- I’ve taken on a new athletic challenge—participating in a triathlon in a few months

- I make time to meet with friends

To other mom entrepreneurs: what are your tricks for managing it all? We are the true champions of work-life balance, and we can inspire future generations. 💖🏆
